13 Signs a guy is really turned on by you

I have often missed the signs a guy is really turned on by me and maybe because I was just being naïve, or I thought these guys were friends or acquittances.

In an office environment especially, it is common to have that guy who is attracted to you and turned on by you. It is therefore important to spot the signs earlier on so that you can act accordingly.

You also just want to be careful because when a guy is turned on by you, it does not necessarily mean that he wants a serious relationship with you, it might just be signs he wants you bad sexually.

What he feels for you might just be lust and not love, that is why it is important to read this in conjunction with signs he loves you secretly. 

This will help you from falling for a guy who might ghost you after you have slept with him or it can help ignite a mutual attraction.

Signs a guy is really turned on by you

1. He blushes when he is around you

One of the clear signs a guy is turned on by you is when he blushes when he is in your presence. Women are not the only species that blush when they see or talk to their crush or receive special attention from a guy, men blush also. 

So when a man is also receiving attention from someone he is attracted to, it becomes difficult for him to control his facial expression. You will notice that his cheeks are reddish because he is blushing.

However, for a guy who is darker in complexion, it can be difficult to notice if the cheeks have turned red, but you can’t miss that blushing smile on his face.

2. You catch him staring at you

A look from a guy who is turned on by you is different from a look of a guy who has no ulterior motives. A guy who is really turned on by you can look straight into your eyes for a long time until you sense that sexual chemistry.

A study led by Stirling University looked at 110 men and found that men talk in a more sing-songy voice when chatting to someone they think is hot. But they also talk more deeply when talking to an attractive woman.

So if you have noticed that his voice changes when talking to you it is a sign that a guy is really turned on by you. 

6. He leans towards you

When a guy is attracted to you, he will lean towards you often. If you sit in an office cubicle, he will enter your personal space. He might even just speak in a lower voice just so that he can have an excuse to be closer to you when you cannot hear him. 

7. Takes extra care of his appearance

You will begin to notice certain changes in him when he is turned on by you. He will take extra care of his appearance with the hope that you will notice it and be impressed by him. 

The guy might groom more often, or change his fashion sense and he will make sure that you notice the changes. He even cares about what you think of his new look, and if you have not complimented him, he will make you aware of the changes.

If a man changes his image for you, it is a clear sign he is attracted to you because a man would not go through all those changes if he was not turned on by you.

8. He seems nervous around you

When you like someone, it is normal to get nervous because you do not want to mess up your chances with them. So if a guy is nervous around you there is a great chance that he is really turned on by you.

His heart might even beat very fast, he can have sweaty palms and he can even be fidgety. If he also seems to fidget his chair meaning that he cannot sit still for too long, it can be a sign that he is turned on.

9. He wants to spend more time with you

When a guy wants to spend more time with you, invite you over to his place, or take you out on a date or vacation, it is a clear sign that he is turned on by you. He knows that if you can have some alone time with him, you might not be able to resist the sexual urge.

10. He compliments you a lot

Watch out for how often he compliments you and how he says it. If he always seems to compliment your physical appearance, it can be a sign that a guy is really turned on by you. 

If makes compliments like “wow you are really hot” or “you are too sexy”, or “I can’t keep my eyes off you”, it is a sign that he is really turned on by you and would love to explore. 

And if beyond that he later texts you to continue complimenting you for your looks it is another sign that he was really turned on by you. 

11.  He can’t say no to you

When you ask him for a favour, he does it for you. If you want him to help you move boxes, want a financial favor, or want him to connect you, he does not refuse. He does everything that you ask him to do and sometimes he can jokingly say that you owe him a kiss or a date.
